Main function
The Hytrol 24-Volt accumulation conveyor (190-E24EZ / 190-E24EZC) provides motorized transport and controlled accumulation of unit loads using rollers driven by low-voltage 24 VDC motors arranged in independent zones.
Each zone operates autonomously through an integrated accumulation logic, allowing loads to start, stop, and restart without excessive contact while maintaining smooth and safe flow.
This design makes it possible to effectively manage speed variations, downstream micro-stoppages, and buffering requirements without generating pressure between products.
