Main function

The ProSort SC pivot wheel sortation conveyor is designed to efficiently redirect unit loads to different lanes using motorized pivoting wheels integrated into the conveying surface. When a product reaches a predetermined sort position, the pivot wheel rotates to push the load in a controlled manner toward a chute, side exit, or another predefined path while maintaining the main line throughput.
This technology provides positive and repeatable sorting without the need for external pushers or complex pneumatic systems, enabling flexible integration into automated distribution and end-of-line systems.
