Main function

The ProSort sliding shoe sortation conveyor is designed to positively and accurately divert unit loads toward specific lanes or exits within a production or distribution line. The technology uses independently motorized sliding shoes that move laterally beneath the product to divert it toward the desired destination with high precision and without aggressive contact with the product.

This method enables fast, repeatable, and reliable high-throughput sorting, particularly suited for high-speed or multi-lane environments, while minimizing mechanical stress and component wear.
