Hytrol Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) Conveyor

Main function

The Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) conveyor provides controlled transport and accumulation of unit loads without applying mechanical pressure between products when they stop or slow down.
Each section is divided into independent zones equipped with control logic (sensors / zone controllers) that allow each load to stop, restart, or remain in position without forced contact with adjacent loads. This significantly reduces the risk of damage or deformation to sensitive products.
This technology is particularly suited for automated lines with inspection stations, robots, checkweighers, or variable-speed equipment where product protection and optimized flow management are critical.
