Conveyors & Handling Systems
Pneumatic Pusher
Main function
The pneumatic pusher is a conveyor module designed to move products, boxes, or containers laterally using a controlled horizontal motion.
Installed along the side of a conveyor, it allows products to be transferred, diverted, or precisely positioned toward a secondary lane, an accumulation zone, or a processing station while maintaining the smooth flow of the main line.
Typical applications
· Diverting boxes or containers to a secondary line
· Transfer to inspection, packaging, or grouping stations
· Precise positioning of products for robotic operations
· Multi-lane flow management in conveyor networks
· Separation or removal of non-conforming products
Key benefits
· Simple and robust solution: Reliable pneumatic architecture enabling repeatable transfers with minimal complex components.
· Universal integration: Can be installed on most existing conveyors, facilitating upgrades or the addition of sorting functionality.
· Positioning precision: Guided motion ensures controlled movement, limiting impacts and improving product stability.
· Sanitary design available: Stainless steel structure suitable for food processing or washdown environments.
· Reduced maintenance: Standard components (pneumatic cylinder, mechanical frame) simplify maintenance and replacement.
