90 deg. Pop-Up Transfer

Main function

The Pop-Up transfer is an integrated conveyor module designed to change the direction of products by 90° without stopping the main product flow.

Installed within a motorized roller conveyor (MDR) or material handling system, the mechanism lifts pneumatically, engages the product, and transfers it to a perpendicular conveyor lane before lowering again to allow the main flow to continue.

It enables:
· Management of intersecting product flows
